property owners to use the full extent of their time period on
EZRetreat.com. A listing builds "momentum" the longer it stays
on the site, as repeat business and viral marketing begin to
mature.
If a property owner is unsatisfied, for any reason, within 90
days of signing up with EZRetreat.com, please contact us and
explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will make
every attempt to make you happy, including return of your
sign-up fees if you so desire.
EZRetreat.com allows an owner to transfer their listing to to
a new owner if the ownership of their property has been
transferred. The original length of the listing will remain in
effect.
EZRetreat.com also urges property owners to honor their
existing rental contracts (via the new owner) in the event the
property ownership changes. Or, at the very least, notify the
lessee at the earliest convenience, if they will need to make
other arrangements. A contract is a contract. At EZRetreat.com,
we honor our contracts, and we feel strongly that property
owners should make every attempt to honor theirs.
