Our home is a 3 bed 2 bath luxury villa with its own private heated swimming pool located less than 4 miles from Disney. It is located in the very peaceful sub division of Indian Ridge Oaks, one of the closest sub divisions to Disney. It is fully air conditioned and has 3 cable televisions

There are a lot of villa owners who claim that their villas are located 10 to 15 minutes from Disney. That is not the case with our home, it is located less than 4 miles from Disney |

The villa has an electronic door entry system so there are no keys to pick up or drop off so saving time on your travel.Our home has everthing available to make your stay, the holiday of a lifetime. It has a 2 car garage which also houses a washing machine and dryer.. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a queen size sofa bed in the lounge.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, , 70 channel Cable TV,a VCR, bed side lamps, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and hair dryer.
The family bathroom has both tub and shower facilities with a further hair dryer.
The further two bedrooms both have two single beds each, along with radio alarm clocks, bed side lamps, ample closet space and ceiling fans, also one of these bedrooms has a 70 channel Cable TV, the other has a cd player. Both of these bedrooms over look the pool
All bed linen and towels are supplied, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The lounge has 70 channel Cable TV, a VCR,DVD player, Hi-Fi, a two seater love seat, three seater sofa, which converts into a queen size bed, coffee tables with table lamps,3 bar stools for the breakfast bar, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead to the pool,there is also a selection of books and videos available, for both adults and children.
The dining room has a large dining table and seating for six.
The kitchen has every thing that you could require including fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, phone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all the utensils you will need.
The private heated pool has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture, as well as childrens patio furniture. Also located here you will find a BBQ for those meals by the pool.
