We have one of the nicest studios in Summit County. Thats not just our opinion; several property managers at Keystone have told us this!You wont believe the upgrades in our top-of-the-line unit. Brand new appliances in the full sized kitchen, granite counter tops, a double vanity, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher; everything is first class and brand new. This is not one of those postage stamp, motel-room condominiums; if you want first class accommodations, with a little bit of leg room, then this is it!
The condo is larger than 600 Square Feet giving a couple, or a family of four, lots of room. Nestled in the trees at the base of Keystone Mountain, our Condominium is located minutes away from the Peru Express and Argentine lifts. Equally close is the bunny hill and ski schools for the beginning, or younger skier. Located just west of the Keystone Village, youre only minutes away from ski and boarding schools, ski rental shops, restaurants and everything you need to enjoy your fabulous vacation in the Rockies.You are literally 25 paces to the hot tub and heated outdoor pool (yes - its open all winter, so you can swim while the snow is falling).
The unit has a queen size Murphy Bed and a pull-out couch. A short walk up the driveway and you catch the free resort buses which will drop you at the slopes, literally, three short minutes away! You can park your car and leave it, unless you want to drive to Vail, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Loveland, Loveland Valley or Copper, all just a short drive. Imagine, staying five days and never skiing the same resort twice!And dont forget, these are all world class resorts with some of the best downhill skiing in the world. Winter is paradise in Summit County; on-site or nearby is sledding, ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, fantastic restaurants, sports bars and (of course) some of the best downhill skiing and snowboarding on the planet. If you are interested in escaping the heat of the summer, there is no better place than Keystone! With a championship caliber golf course, hiking, biking, concerts, wildlife viewing, boating, sailing, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and movie theatres nearby, the perfect summer vacation awaits.
The lifts run in the summer so bring your mountain bike for a quick ride up the mountain, followed by a leisurely ride (or scream down). There?s even a Starbucks nearby for that morning fix! Fall is an absolutely magical time of year with warm, sunny days and cool (the anticipation of snow in the air) nights.
Thousands of people come to the mountains to enjoy the Aspen as they turn to a golden yellow. Stay with us and bring your bike. The fall is a perfect time for a bike ride or hike with an evening of sitting in front of the fireplace.Spring is spectacular as well, as the snow gives way to the awakening plants and wildlife.Summit County is one of the premier resort areas in the world being a Mecca for the winter sport enthusiast as well as people wanting to enjoy the scenic Rocky Mountains in any of the spectacular, four seasons. People from all over the world come to enjoy the spectacular beauty of the Colorado Rockies.Any stay is subject to a $60-cleaning fee. $100 deposit required. Minimum stay - three nights. We will consider one or two night stays, but rates will be slightly higher. Half deposit due at booking to hold the reservation, balance must be received 14 days prior to your arrival.
